One World, One Heart 2010 Event and Giveaway
Wow! Can you believe it? It's already been a year since the last One World, One Heart (OWOH) event. What is OWOH, you ask?
This event was started by Lisa Swifka of A Whimsical Bohemian in 2007 as a way of getting bloggers from around the world an opportunity to discover interesting people, make new friends and close the gap between the blogging community. Each blogger who participates hold a giveaway on their blog. The giveaway can consist of supplies, antiques, etc., but original artwork of any kind is encouraged. Last year, I participated in this event for the first time. I met some wonderful people through this event who I still keep in touch with today; I also won some fabulous door prizes from a couple of different bloggers just by visiting their blog and leaving a comment.
If you would like to participate in this fabulous and very fun event (while checking out some cool artwork from our fellow crafters and artisans out there), be sure to stop by the One World, One Heart blog to sign up and also find links of all of the bloggers who are participating this year. The sign-up for OWOH begins on January 25; the event ends on February 15th.
This year, I will be giving away two items at random to two lucky winners who leave comments on my blog under this post. IMPORTANT: PLEASE NOTE THAT WHEN YOU LEAVE A COMMENT I MUST BE ABLE TO LINK BACK TO YOU, OR YOU MUST LEAVE AN EMAIL ADDRESS FOR ME TO CONTACT YOU IN CASE YOU WIN. The winners will be selected by a random number generator on the morning of February 15 at 6:00 a.m. Winners will be announced on my blog the evening of
February 15.
The first item consists of a handmade resin pendant featuring the Virgin Mary; the second item is an adjustable domino ring of Jesus and the Virgin Mary.
I look forward to "meeting" you if I haven't already. If you have stopped by before, welcome back.
